Flourish and Dots Face Painting provides face painting, glitter tattoo, fairy hair, and glitter bar services to the Richmond area. Serving Chesterfield, Chester, Moseley, Powhatan, Goochland, Hanover, Ashland, and Henrico areas.
Honey has been an artist her whole life! Face painting has become a wonderful way to engage within her local community while being creative.
Find us helping at birthday parties, festivals, neighborhood events, holiday parties, corporate events, church functions, and everything in-between.
